How do I order online?

Simply click the “Add to Cart” button found on every product page. You may continue to add items to your basket until your order is complete. When you are ready to conclude and make your Order(s). Click “Check Out” button and enter your shipping and billing address. (Please note, the billing address must match the address where your credit card statement is sent.) Click the Continue button to choose your Shipping and Payment Methods. Review your order, then click the Place Order button to complete the order.

How do I Search for Products?

Enter the product name in the search box and click the search button. If you don’t find the product you were searching for, try repeating your search with or without spaces between the words or with a different spelling.

Can I Make Changes to my Order?

You can make changes to your order before the order has been processed. Changes made after the order has already been processed are at the discretion of Bazaaa. If you would like to make changes to your order, please get in contact with us at: [email protected] with your Order Number and Descriptions of Changes. Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, once the order has changed to the processing status, our customer service staff will not be able to make any changes to it.

What is the Currency used by Bazaaa?

All prices displayed in Bazaaa are displayed in USD.

How do I Cancel my Order?

You have the ability to cancel your own order, as long as it hasn’t been sent to our system for processing. You can cancel it by getting into contact with us as soon as possible after the order has been placed, here.

Where do you Ship?

Bazaaa Entrepreneurs, Suppliers & Vendors can ship their products from Asia to our customers anywhere in the world. Postage is generally calculated when you fill out your shipping address at check out. They often are shipped using EMS express service or other preferred international services adopted. Please note that we are required by law to indicate the value of packages when they are shipped internationally. What are your Shipping Times?

This is dependent on products ordered as well as your location. We coordinate international shipping, and depending on your location and the location of Bazaaa’s entrepreneurs, suppliers & vendors, a different courier may be used which may result in varying delivery times. We strive to use express service provided by EMS. Most orders are received within 7 t0 14 days of shipment.

How do I track my Order?

An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers).

Will I have to pay Customs Tax?

 This is dependent on the regulations of your country as well as the value of the goods ordered. We declare the commercial value of most of our products. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

 What are your Payment Methods?

We accept major Credit & Debit Cards which include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your protection and our compliance, we carefully screen orders to prevent potential fraud. As such, Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.
